On Sunday, November 5, at approximately 3 a.m. a car traveling eastbound on highway 14/16 jumped the southside curb. The Mercury went through a private yard fence before coming to rest against the resistance of the rear deck of the home. Though present, there were no injuries incurred by the residents. Timothy Lee Wattenberg, age 72, of Moorcroft, Wyoming, passed away October 28, 2023, in Casper, Wyoming. He was born May 11, 1951 in Sheridan, Wyoming, to Edward "Bill and Janice "Pat" (Harle) Wattenberg. He attended schools in Upton and Newcastle, Wyoming and graduated from Upton High School.
