    Business conducted by Moorcroft’s council at the two public hearings and the regular meeting Monday night was quickly dispatched by a three-man quorum, including Mayor Pro-Tem Ben Glenn with Councilmen Paul Smoot and Dale Petersen.     Mary Kuhl has changed her plea to “no contest” against a felony charge related to her conduct in office as county treasurer, from which she resigned in October. Kuhl originally pled “not guilty” to the felony charge of unauthorized use of monies, as well as to one misdemeanor count of official misconduct and two misdemeanor counts of issuing false certificate.     Due to a miscommunication, last week’s issue of the Moorcroft Leader did not mention the veterans breakfast sponsored by the Moorcroft Senior Center and held at Donna’s Diner honoring local vets. The service of 24 local area veterans was recognized and celebrated with a free breakfast Thursday morning.     More than 200 pounds of pot, THC wax seized in stop GILLETTE (WNE) — A random traffic stop south of town led to Sheriff’s deputies seizing more than 200 pounds of suspected marijuana and THC wax.
