    On March 23, police were contacted by someone who was getting threats via their cell phone. Officer spoke with the victim and explained to them how to stop being contacted via phone. Officer attempted to make contact with the person making the calls but was hung up on. On March 25, a male contacted the police department because he felt he was the victim of a scammer. Officer met with the store manager who explained that while she was in the back of the store she witnessed a female subject leave without paying for her items. Officer reviewed video footage of the incident and was able to identify the suspect. Once the suspect was identified the officer spoke to them. The suspect started she thought she had paid.
