    William "Bill" Dean Hagerman, 93 of Upton, Wyoming, passed away quietly at his home Tuesday morning with his daughter Eileen by his side. Billy was born shortly after midnight on July 9, 1929. He was born on the family homestead on Arch Creek in Weston County, Wyoming. His parents were Charles Mckay Hagerman, Sr. and Minnie Dorcas (Wiseman). Bill was the youngest of six siblings. He was the youngest of four children and the last to pass away on September 28, 2022 at the age of 94. Marvin attended Faye School, a typical one room country school, through the third grade.     The Moorcroft Lady Wolves went 2-0 for the weekend, winning against Big Horn and Tongue River. The Wolves first faced #1 in 2A Big Horn, sweeping them in three sets, Moorcroft 3 Big Horn 0 (25-22, 25-22, 25-22). As a team, we were ready to play Big Horn again this season.     Patrick LeFave of Moorcroft will spend up to three years behind bars after his probation was revoked for three separate alleged violations. LeFave was serving 36 months of supervised probation after pleading guilty to strangulation of a household member in 2019.     Two popular Wyoming boating locations are changing their protocols for watercraft inspections to protect waters from zebra mussels, an aquatic invasive species.
